SERENITY K-9 TRAINING · RIVERVIEW, FL
OUR STORY.
Training that works in real life begins with understanding the bond between a dog and the person who loves them.
THE WHY BEHIND THE WORK
Dogs have a way of changing us.
Serenity K-9 is a veteran-owned and operated business in Riverview, Florida, founded by Kevin. His passion for canines is the driving force behind the work. Kevin believes that dogs don’t lie: their ability to empathize, sense emotion, and offer loyalty and trust speaks to the unique bond between dogs and their people.
That bond has been a source of real support in Kevin’s own life. Through difficult seasons, his dogs have provided comfort, joy and companionship. Training them also became a transformational journey—one that developed patience, empathy and a deeper connection with the world around him.
As he trained, Kevin saw how positive reinforcement can build trust and strengthen the relationship between a person and their dog. Each session brought not only a dog’s progress, but personal growth: more perseverance, resilience, mindfulness and a clearer way to communicate.
That experience shaped Serenity K-9. The goal is not simply to teach a list of commands; it is to help create a balanced canine companion and give owners practical tools for the life they share.
KEVIN’S PHILOSOPHY
Keep it simple.
Stay consistent.
Kevin’s training philosophy is “Keep It Simple Stupid.” Dogs are not complicated animals, and adding unnecessary complexity can create confusion. Training is tailored to each dog’s behavior, personality and needs—with attention to clear communication, energy and consistent repetition.
Every dog is different, so no two training plans should be exactly alike. The aim is simple, proven guidance that owners can understand and use in their everyday lives.
YOUR DOG. YOUR LIFE. MORE SERENITY.
